As a wall sconce, the fixture comes with a backplate that dons a smooth finish and anchoring a frame that supports a socket whose tail is stylized into a chess piece finial. To complete the look, a hollow-topped cylindrical glass shade sits at the canopy that separates the finial from the socket. As bath lights and chandeliers, the fixture features an elongated socket that features a similar chess finial styling.
