Everyday for a couple of months after we signed up to build a new home, I looked at several lighting options for the island kitchen, going back and forth between using 3 pendant lights to a single linear. When I came across photos of the Bristol linear light with the matching square chandelier which is perfect for our square dining table, I knew I found what I am looking for.
Urban Ambiance has a sale going on. But it was only March. I contacted the customer service to explain that the house where I intend to use the lights is scheduled to complete in May and probably be installed in June. I immediately received a response from Customer Care reassuring me that they will replace any damaged parts when the box finally gets opened.
The day came, June 2nd. We installed the square Bristol dining room chandelier first. Without hesitation, we followed the guidance, 36 inches above the top of the table and confirmed with Urban Ambiance customer care and once again, the response was immediate. But it fell right in the middle of the 2 dining room windows, obstructing the views, so I decided to hang it higher with the glass part of the light just falling below the top of the dining room window. It is stunning!
The island kitchen linear light is along the same line of sight as the dining room, so we also hung it at the same height. For both we used one 12 inch-rod and the chains. Sometimes, decorating guidelines are just that, suggestions, and in the end, we have to follow our instinct. So glad I did.
Both Bristol pieces are so beautiful. They are not the focus but they perfectly complement the area. And I am totally in love.
And friends I showed pictures to love them as well.
I really have to applaud the Urban Ambiance company and the ever caring Customer Care. Thank you.

Urban Ambiance has a sale going on. But it was only March. I contacted the customer service to explain that the house where I intend to use the lights is scheduled to complete in May and probably be installed in June. I immediately received a response from Customer Care reassuring me that they will replace any damaged parts when the box finally gets opened.

Does this come in black
Hi Dianna,
Thank you for reaching out about our beautiful Bristol Collection. This light is only available in a Brushed Nickel finish and an Olde Bronze finish. The Olde Bronze finish is a pretty dark finish with only the edges showing a slight brown color.

If your fixture has not been installed and is in unused condition in the original packaging, regardless of the reason for your return, simply send us a note at returns@urbanambiance.com and we'll reply back with a printable PDF return label. This label not only ensures the fixture makes it back to the right location, but covers all shipping costs too. Drop it off with UPS and you're done!
NO RESTOCKING FEES
Once the package arrives back at our warehouse and is inspected to confirm it has not been installed, is in good condition, and received within the 90-day return window, we'll issue you a FULL refund. For those items received outside of the 90-day return window, we will issue you store credit for the full amount you paid for the fixture. No restocking fees or any other nonsense. Its that simple.
90-DAY RETURN PERIOD
