Hi, can we add additional rods to make this chandelier longer . We have a slanted 15’ ceiling.

You can add downrods to this fixture to make it longer and this fixture is sloped ceiling compatable.
The max. length you could hang the fixture --as it comes-- is 51 inches. That is about 4 feet.
Additional down rods are available in 12" for $19.99 and 6" for $14.99.
We provide the first set for free.
You would need to decide how far down you would like the light to hang from your 15' ceiling, and how many rods you would need and then call us at 1-855-303-4229 so we can place the order for you with the additional rods.

Can this light be made longer?
The width/length of this fixture is fixed, and we don't do custom designs, however if you've got a long table you are trying to find a solution for, you might consider this fixture, with an additional pendant at each end (spaced away from the chandelier). What is the minimum height this can hang from ceiling to bottom of fixture? Thanks!

The fixture body is 13" tall. You can choose to use as little at one chain link to attach to the fixture loop and the celiling canopy.
Ceiling canopy is 0.75"
Fixture loops 1.5 each ( top and bottom) =3"
Fixture Body is 13"
= 16.75" total minimum hanging height.

We'll cover your return shipping costs! If your fixture has not been installed and is in unused condition, regardless of the reason for your return, simply send us a note at returns@urbanambiance.com and we'll reply back with a printable PDF return label. This label not only ensures the fixture makes it back to the right location, but covers all shipping costs too. Drop it off with UPS and you're done!
NO RESTOCKING FEES
Once the package arrives back at our warehouse and is inspected to confirm it has not been installed, is in good condition, and received within the 90-day return window, we'll issue you a FULL refund. For those items received outside of the 90-day return window, we will issue you store credit for the full amount you paid for the fixture. No restocking fees or any other nonsense. Its that simple.
90-DAY RETURN PERIOD
We recognize that many of our customers are purchasing fixtures well in advance of installation, and as such, we are pleased to offer a 90 day return window from delivery. So relax... You've got time. Should you need to return your fixture after the 90 days, we'll still honor the return, and provide store credit.
