COLLECTION DESCRIPTION:

The Keswick collection of light fixtures offers eye-catching, transitional styling for every room. The collection includes chandeliers, island lights, bath lights, and mini pendants, all available in either brushed nickel or matte black. Each fixture in the collection features a simple silhouette and sleek candle sleeves, making Keswick the perfect choice for understated style. In the case of the pendant and bath lights, the fixtures come with a clear cylindrical glass shade that houses a single bulb, providing a clear view and allowing light to disperse freely. For the pendants and island lights, however, the bulbs come inside a geometric, cube-like shape.

The upper side of the frame slopes inward, creating a trapezoidal appearance that adds a unique visual interest to the design. The top surface is split in two by a horizontal bar which provides anchorage to the central rod - this rod supports the lighting elements and connects the fixture to the mounting system. The Keswick island lights and pendants are suspended from one or two rods via the top horizontal bar, before attaching to a ceiling mount. The Keswick chandeliers feature a central vertical rod, topped with an ornamental loop and suspended from a round ceiling mount via a sturdy chain. This design enhances the chandelier’s aesthetic, giving it a slightly antique and sophisticated look. The main structure of the chandelier extends into numerous gracefully curving arms, each terminating in a candle-style socket that holds a slender, flame-tip bulb. The arms are arranged symmetrically around the central rod, ensuring balanced light distribution and creating an inviting atmosphere. The frame of all Keswick fixtures is made of polished metal, which supports the lighting elements and adds a sleek, contemporary look. At Urban Ambiance, we understand that plans can change during home renovations.  So if you find yourself in a position of needing to return an item... no problem!  We'll make it easy on you with pre-paid return labels and no restocking fees!

PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABELS

We'll cover your return shipping costs!  If your fixture has not been installed and is in unused condition, regardless of the reason for your return, simply send us a note at returns@urbanambiance.com and we'll reply back with a printable PDF return label.  This label not only ensures the fixture makes it back to the right location, but covers all shipping costs too.  Drop it off with UPS and you're done!

NO RESTOCKING FEES

Once the package arrives back at our warehouse and is inspected to confirm it has not been installed, is in good condition, and received within the 90-day return window, we'll issue you a FULL refund. For those items received outside of the 90-day return window, we will issue you store credit for the full amount you paid for the fixture. No restocking fees or any other nonsense. Its that simple.



90-DAY RETURN PERIOD

We recognize that many of our customers are purchasing fixtures well in advance of installation, and as such, we are pleased to offer a 90 day return window from delivery.  So relax... You've got time.  Should you need to return your fixture after the 90 days, we'll still honor the return, and provide store credit.
